Chapter One: The New Beginning

“Sir, are you awake sir?” I heard. I looked around and saw sand and wind. Then I saw an old bald bearded man. “Hear have some water.” Then he gave me his gloss bottle full of cold fresh water. Then after I took a sip I felt refreshed. “So where am I?” I asked. “You are in the Zagira Desert . I am traveling to the Zagira Mountains to get the water from the mountains. Where are you going?” he asked. ” I don’t remember.” I said. “Well Im Gaiyanabi But most people call me Sir Gaiya for short. What’s your name?” He asked. “I don’t remember. Actually I don’t remember anything.” I said. ” Well everyones got to have a name. How about Nashobi?” asked Sir Gaiya. “Thats perfect!” I said. “You should get home and rest.” said Sir Gaiya. ” I don’t… remember where I live though.” I said. “Hmm Nashobi… why don’t you stay with me? I live in a small village called ” Kasha. Please follow me.” Nashobi and Sir Gaiya walked to Kasha to Sir Gaiya’s house. Sir Gaiya took out some blankets and pillows on the floor. “Here you can sleep on my bed and I can sleep on the floor.” said Sir Gaiya “Thanks so much.” Nashobi said. I woke up the next morning and noticed that Sir Gaiya was not on his bed. I looked out side and I saw him fishing at the creek near by. I putted on my jacket and went outside. “Good morning.” I said. “Good morning. How are you today?” asked Sir Gaiya. “I’m fine. I see you are an early bird.” I said. “Yeah, I do like to get up early. Im getting fish for dinner. By the way. I have an important question for you” said Sir Gaiya. “What is it?” I asked. “Well… yesterday remember when I told you I was traveling to Zagira Mountains?” Sir Gaiya asked “Yea” “Well I’m going there to get water, and there are lots of monsters there so can you come with me.” Sir Gaiya asked. “Sure. But when are we leaving?” I asked. “The rise of dawn tomorrow ” he said.

Chapter 2: The Truth

“Wake up sleepy head” I heard. “No mom… five more minutes” I said in a sleepy voice. “…” “Oh it’s you Sir Gaiya, I thought you were my mother. I can’t remember much about her but I did know she would wake me up everyday and get ready for school , and she would’ve badly scold me if I didn’t do my work. I miss my mother.” I said. ” I bet we will find your mother soon. Now lets start going.” Said Sir Gaiya. I putted on my white shirt. “Don’t forget your sword.” said Sir Gaiya. “What sword I asked. ” Don’t you remember? Their are monsters on the mountains. So we are going to need to kill them don’t we?” “Yes sir. But where is the sword?” ” Go in my bedroom and look under the bed.” I went into the bedroom. “Wow…” I was amazed of all of these photos of Sir Gaiya. “I ran to the bed then looked under it. I saw two swords. Grabbed them both and ran to Sir Gaiya. “Here you go sir. By the way… Are you a monk?” I asked. “Well Yes, But about 20 years ago.” “How come your bald then.” I asked. “Well… Its a long story. Would you like to hear the story?” he asked. “Sure.” “Well It started a long time ago when I was a monk. ” Then an evil demon named Yukawa that had metal horns on his head captured my wife and my two children. He said he would let them free if I became a Shioni. A Shioni is a type of evil monk. That can transform into anything but they are slaves to Yukawa. So I accepted. He let my family go but I became his slave for life. Then I broke out of my chains from a spell that I learned to break metal. Then I sneaked into Yukawa’s room when he was sleeping. Then I used the spell to cut his horns off his head then I used the horn to stab him into his heart. Then he died. Then I ran away and they never found me.” “Wow…” I said. Now lets get going!

Chapter 3: The Adventure Begins

I woke up early that morning. All of that excitement building up inside my body. I can’t wait for the adventure to begin. I heard some foot steps coming from upstairs. “Hey , you’re awake. What a surprise. I didn’t know you were awake.
